Kubota — one of the world’s largest manufacturers of agricultural machinery and a global distributor with operations across Europe, Asia, the Americas, and Oceania —is expanding its European partnership with Kilter, a Verdelis Investments portfolio company.
Kilter is a Norwegian ag-tech company developing autonomous precision weeding solutions and developer of the autonomous Kilter AX-1 ultra-precise spot-spraying robot for high-value crops.
The two companies have signed a European framework agreement for the sales and distribution of the Kilter AX-1. It is the next step in the partnership, and sets up the rollout of Kilter’s precision weeding robot across Europe and into markets including France and the UK through Kubotad’s European dealer, parts, and support network.
