Ted Buis and Jennifer Neujahr, Co-Founders of Next Steps Solutions, join the Verdelis stable of Affiliate Consultants.
Ted has a commercial leadership background with deep experience in international sourcing, global market expansion, and cross-border execution within horticulture supply chains. He previously was CCO at Legro Group, where he helped scale the business to €175 million in revenue across 11 operations in nine countries on four continents.
Jennifer specializes in translating innovation into commercial traction, scalable growth, and channel adoption. She has a strong record in market creation, go-to-market execution, and channel development in horticulture and specialty agriculture. She previously built the horticulture division at Profile Products into a major growth platform.
Additionally, Next Steps — founded to help horticulture and ag-tech business move faster, scale smarter, and make the right connections across borders — joins the Verdelis lineup of Select Collaborators.
