He has more than 35 years of experience in executive leadership across global agriculture, biotechnology, crop protection, and biological solutions businesses. As a proven CEO, Jeff has successfully led organizational tranformations, managed P&L, and facilitated the successful exit of businesses. His prior industry experience includes American Cyanamid, Syngenta, and Arysta Life Sciences.
